HOW YOU BREATHE IS HOW YOU LIVE YOUR LIFE

Breath is the first and last thing we do in this life. Your breath is intimately linked with your mental, emotional and spiritual state. The first thing we do under stress or after a traumatic event is hold or alter our breath pattern. As we become consciously aware of our breath and use our diaphragm correctly, it changes old patterns of breathing and becomes a tool that can help reduce stress, heighten self-awareness and heal emotional wounds. Your breathing pattern is a reflection of the way you live your life. Breathe fully, live freely!

I will guide you through a profound inner journey utilizing deep circular breathing without pauses, hands on touch into specific areas to assist in opening your breath, powerful affirmations, and occasionally we will use movement and sound. This work saved my life and it is truly my heart’s joy to hold healing space for people of all ages through anything that arises. Before the session we will set an intention together and prep you for the experience. As the session begins I always create a safe, sacred space. During the session I will also intuitively do energy healing and be visualizing your intention manifest.

After a life changing spiritual awakening experience I had in 2015- I began on a healing quest. Integrative breathwork allowed for the deepest genuine inner healing work to permanently resolve trauma for myself. Extremely intense triggers were dissolved. Life continued on with the same routine for a while after… but with a whole new set of eyes. Sometimes on the mat it has been the most uncomfortable place for me to stay with everything that I was running away from with addictions, escapism, and projecting it onto others— but it has also been the most courageous times in my life with the hugest paybacks!

I love that is a completely sober spiritual experience! Healthy and self empowering. Breathing in so much oxygen and life force energy you create a super high vibrational field that is physically palpable. Through the law of entrainment all of the lower frequency energy stuck in your body or field naturally comes up to integrate. On a physical level, most people are only breathing with 20% of their capacity and breathing is the number one way our body detoxes. During the session your physical body will have a huge amount of detoxing. On an emotional level, the first thing we do when we suppress an emotion is control our breath. With my coaching you may be using muscles and breathing into many places that haven’t been used since a traumatic event in childhood for example. On a spiritual level there are profound shifts taking place even if the session is more subtle. Many clients have a wide range of spiritual experiences. Each session leaves the person more connected to their own internal guidance system and spiritual gifts regardless of spiritual beliefs and backgrounds
