It is now my passion and purpose to hold space for others while they connect and feel themselves on a deep level through massage therapy, breathwork and energy work. Integrative breathwork allowed for the deepest genuine inner healing work to permanently resolve trauma for myself. It is now a passion of mine to facilitate others through this breathwork process. I’m originally from Washington state and grew up in a small town. I lived abroad for a few years serving for the Peace Corps in Guatemala. Upon return I worked many years for the US Forest Service. Now currently I live in the Village of Oak Creek, Sedona since February of 2020.
